Since its foundation in 1996 bbArquitec project management s.l. has developed as a renowned architectural studio on the Costa del Sol, which is dedicated to providing innovative architecture and guaranteed quality.
bbArquitec project management s.l. was founded by Benno Bühler (architect Col 574 in the Official College of Architects (COA) Málaga), who, after 2 years of
employment as an architect in a large planning office in Ulm/Germany, came to Spain in 1996 with the aim of planning and building houses in an attractive market with international clients and a large amount of investment capital. Newly constructed houses now fall within the standards of the new Spanish law Código Técnico de Edificacion however, in terms of construction quality, bbArquitec project management s.l. was already applying these standards in the nineties, well before time. Since 2004 bbArquitec project management s.l. has also been internationally active for investment groups, currently with three resort projects in Bulgaria.
Today bbArquitec project management s.l. consists of 7 employees and collaborates with an broad network of Spanish architects, engineers and lawyers German-Spanish offices. The headquarters is in Málaga.
Our mission is to provide an Andalusian-South Californian building style with modern accents, whilst employing the highest quality construction materials available. If requested, interactive animations, movies and perspectives of the project can be developped with state-of-the-art computers (8 connected workstations).
